Sometimes people make the mistake of seeing my muscle as fat. That's what happens when you lift heavy like me. All the muscles become compacted and look like fat in a shirt. That's how dense and thick my muscles are now. Believe it or not I'm actually sitting at 10% bodyfat or even less on my worst day going by my bodyfat calipers.

On the contrary, I don't want to lower galienkos self esteem anymore than I already have, anyway, if I posted a photo it would just result in all the stupid "all peds" argument again, and I just cant be bothered with it. also he says he's 48 now and was 46 in the pic....i can remember just fine, that's 2 years Right the pic was taken in January 2012 My birthday is July so I was 46 and a half in the photo and Im 47 and a half now. Sometimes I round up the years, its not that important when you are my age, Im not 16. |
