Sometimes people make the mistake of seeing my muscle as fat. That's what happens when you lift heavy like me. All the muscles become compacted and look like fat in a shirt. That's how dense and thick my muscles are now. Believe it or not I'm actually sitting at 10% bodyfat or even less on my worst day going by my bodyfat calipers.

My birthday is July so I was 46 and a half in the photo and Im 47 and a half now.

Sometimes I round up the years, its not that important when you are my age, Im not 16.
