Yep.  He was carrying a good bit more muscle than most gym rats in that pic, too ... and IIRC, that was taken at a point he hadn't trained in over a year or two.

Alexy, however ...

I've never seen him lean, but he is thick as a brick.  Huge shoulder girdle.  But those small t-rex arms will forever condemn his large structure to the Art Atwood type.  Not a very good look but, in fairness, it's suited to moving some seriously big weights.
