I use Deca and EQ in likewise fashion - interchangably.
They both act very similarly in my system . . . Its just easier
for me to routinely get deca though . . .
I agree with Arnold jr - results are factored by your diet . . .
It does seem (in my body) that with Deca, I hold more water
or have the look of fullness and strangely I look more shredded
while on EQ or that I hold less water . . . of course YMMV.
I also like (prefer) the *increased appetite* factor of EQ
