He's just short, so his whole body his thick and not in a good way.
If he observing the guys training, he should be telling them they are doing some excerises wrong or in a poor manner. But he's like a 24-Hour personal trainer, he's doesn't have time for the fundamentals.

I totally agree..... well for a natural lifter with over a years eperience who wants to stay natural.... nothing to learn at all .. he had a seminar at my gym I was pissed becuse of his seminar they closed the gym to users.... walked right by him (his head at pec height) not even 1 minute did I stay. Loads of guys stayed to gawk.... the secret to becoming a (good) pro isnt rocket science... yes i believe its predominantly dependent on genetics muscle length and insertions.......the rest is whatever these guys put into their bodies.... some people just do not want to accept that genetics play the major role.... especially if theirs aren't favorable for bodybuilding, so they continue to believe there is some magic potion. |
