I dont believe he is a psycho at all. He's just not 100% mentally stable and I would say he's precise and accurate like Ron said. I actually think this guy is telling the truth and he was unjustly fired. But that obviously put him in a very bad place. Its sad because he's a pretty bright guy. Obviously! Just look at how he's outsmarting the entire LAPD and every other law enforcement agency thats taking part in this manhunt. |

Yeah, not quite like all the Police shows on TV, or all the episodes of COPS where they instantly take down the bad guy and no one ever bests the police, is it? Lol. I always laugh at those shows, the Police always get their man no matter what. |
