Just got back from the gym, training deadlifts today. Pigged out on a dozen donuts on the car ride home. Gearing up for a double Security shift today. Taking a quick "puerto rican shower" in the sink then I'll take a power nap. Then I'll get up, throw on the Security uniform and head out to pick up the meatball subs and swing into work. Over for now.

17:47 hrs. Going to take a peak at the Brazilian cleaning lady through a blacked out window. When she bends over to vaccuum those hard to reach spots she shows maximum thongage.

ahh theres so many freaks in there, mostly what you hear is true, in perspesctive its just a cesspool of clown trainers and their clients, some pro athletes, celebrities, and bodybuilders, in the late 1990s, everything changed, in the 2000s a huge corporate rash was ushered in, many bodybuilders left, just not the golds venice of the old day.
