I can't believe you guys are still giving Mike a hard time about his natural athlete status. He has explained many times that the reason he could be 198 pounds ripped to the bone at 5' 8", was his utilization of 'periodization training' which was "unheard of back then" and also his high calorie intake of 5000 kcals daily all the way up to the show  ::)
