Ok, first of all, they say it was a abusive relationship, im sure its her family saying it, why the fuck would a glamour like that put up with abuse from a disabled guy??

we will hear alot of B.S over the next few months, his camp will say shes a whore to discredit her and her camp will say she was a angel and oscar was mean. this is normal.

Why the fuck does he need a bat to beat the door down?, why can't he just hip&shoulder it open.  He has the ability to carry a woman on his prosthetics down stairs, but not the strength to kick or smash a door down.  The use of the bat in the situation seems suspicious.

ok. Forgot about this, if she was running from him, why didnt she run downstairs, he wouldnt have a chance in hell to catch her on his stumps.

shooting happened at about 3am?? i believe his intruder story. if he was being abusive why run to the bathroom instead of running downstairs.

Wouldn't take him long to put his legs on, I don't imagine she thought he was psycho enough to kill her after an angry encounter, she probably thought the toilet was a good safe place until she could get him to calm down.

If someone pulls a gun on you then you just run, don't think about where you are going.Especially if like the initial reports he shot her in the hip in the bedroom before she ran to the bathroom.

how would anyone know he shot her in the hip before she ran off to the bathroom, who makes this shit up?

there was 0 witness, there were 4 shots, one was a miss, 2 in the head and 1 in the arm, i never heard the hip story though.

shot in the hip and bat crushed her skull and still get bail, damn. i think there both false.

To me the story as a whole is just strange. How often do you go up out of bed and not notice you're alone as opposed to having someone in bed..? Unless youre drunk.

And wouldnt the first thought be that if someones in the bathroom.. It probably is the one you live with,, doing their business..? And why the hell would your initial reaction be to blast bullets through the door without knowing who's there..?

maybe before that night she never shut the door when she went to the bathroom, but that night she did because she had decided to leave him.
