I firmly believe there's plenty of sentient lifeforms in the Milky Way, apart from good old homo sapiens of course.

Do I think our planet has been "visited"?  Hmm ... hard to say.  MAYBE.  I tend to think that overcoming the speed of light barrier -- and hence, potentially limitless travel, depending on your speed -- is certainly the first step toward humanity expanding to the stars.  But then, it might be unrealistic; we'll have people who feel "entitled" to the inevitable orbital habitat we will build.  And then there will be this, and that, and thisthatthing ... *sigh*

You are missing the point. The point is you think the video is real so all that stuff in the video would have to be real too in order for the video to be real right? so your argument is if it was fake they would use more expensive equipment? No they would try to make it the same way that it is. So by you saying that they would use more expensive equipment does not make since  because you assuming the video is real already thinking everything in that video is real too.

I can understand why some people think the video is a hoax because I agree it does look fake in places and the alien does move a bit like a puppet at times but so do some animals. One person likened the movements of the alien to the movements of their pet snake. If you watch the movements of some lizards their heads move like puppets too. Anyway, like I said I can see why people disbelieve the video. I didn't think it was real until I went through it with a fine tooth comb which is what more people should do before judging it. Honestly bro I am not trying to be a prick here but you can examine it all you want but the bottom line is you have never seen a real Alien before or know how one behalves to compare it too. So no matter what you come up with it means nothing, hollywood specialist can mimic the movement of any animal flawlessly so this video is dead in the water. There is no way of knowing if it is real or fake, there simply is not.

I conclude fake cause so many people try to fake this shit and ufo video's and all kinds of fake claims, although some are real but 90% are fake.

also, as life grows more evolved and intelligent, it also seems to become more benevolent and spiritual.

thus i think it natural to assume that the more advanced alien species become, the more spiritually benevolent they would become as well.

of course, i think it possible that certain species attain great technological prowess, through whatever means, yet fail to progress spiritually.

as such, we could be secretely under the control of an "evil" alien species without our knowledge. while the more benevolent species remain outside, unwilling to engage in combat and unwilling to reveal themselves directly to us as we are not yet ready for it.
