In the past Men were too busy getting food in the table to get depressed.

I don't think the men who built our country from fukin' nothing to the best in the world by bare hands in extreme poverty had time to be depressed.
That's what I try to remember when I feel down.

FUKIN' nothing grew here.
In most places you have fukin' banananas hanging from trees to eat and oil and gold and all to dig from ground.
Here you get sunlight for few short months.

I believe your suggestions are good things to do when feeling a little down, but when you are seriously depressed, those things will just remind you of the emptiness and pointlessness of life.  Serious depression requires Intervention and professional help.

man this guitar is cool as fuck cost about 230 with the amp and some fingernail pics. it can tune to different genre's on the amp you can make it sound like alot of different shit, i think RATARD should get one and join the band with him music, hoes, and exercise is all that is fun in life but we still gotta work to and obtain some knowledges! these things keep us just positive enough big GROIN KKK

go see a counselor, a therapist, a psychiatrist, a psychologist.. somebody.  asking for help on getbig is rarely going to result in good advice. and when it does, theres going to be a  whole lot of other bullshit in the thread thats just going to make you even more depressed.

i dont recommend drugs. although i might on a different day. right now i think the only way is all naturale..

william james used pure will power to overcome severe depression. if im not mistaken, i believe he made the turn around when he decided to believe in free will. "my first act of free will was choosing to believe in it".  :)
