I believe Jay has said that he has some severe OCD's. Like brushing his teeth 10 times a day and showing just as much or something. OCD's are a form of mental illness. I believe what we may be seeing in Jay is some other mental illness's coming to the surface. From the outside looking in, there seems to be some sort of delusion going on with him.

Everyone said he kept fucking with his hands when he came to town. Like washing them lots or lotioning them up. They were softer than a baby's bottom and he just stood there all awkwardly. My bro won a draw to train with him and said he looked a lot more beastly with a pump, but they were all talking about how weird he was. Definitely has OCD.

jay called and consulted with me regarding his synthol regimen, i told him flat out that using the synthol isnt a good thing, he should make a cocktail that would be mixed then injected, the cocktail would be something like this.......sostenon, winstrol, equipoise, test suspension, take 3 cc's in the bicep and 3cc in the tricep on monday, on wednesday knock it down to 2cc each, and on friday 1 cc each, then on monday start it all over again, i told him if he does want to add the synthol in there only use about 1/2 a cc added to the cocktail.

He's still a very large human being. But his top level competing days are over. But if he does compete, I could see them giving him a gift placing like they did with Flex when he claimed to be competing naturally and placed like 8th when he should have been dead last.lol

flex was on test only for that show, and his placing was 7th i believe, he deserved it, a competitor on next to nothing standing next to everyone juiced to the hilt, flex deserved that top ten placing

Yeah, I'm not going to buy into a lot of libelous rumors on message boards about site oil injections, etc.

Jay eats 10 meals a day and is religious about using supplements.  He trains with more intensity than anyone else in his gym.

Those arms are the result of muscle maturity, nutrient timing, and using cutting edge supplementation.  Heck, I bet top athletes have access to various forms of supplements that the rest of us don't see.  Things still in the testing phase.  That's just speculation on my part... but if you or I can buy regular creatine over the counter, there's a good chance the top athletes in the world like Jay have really pure creatine with special processes and abilities.
