but best not "powerlift" but powerlift for 8-12 reps instead
not sure about diet also, i stopped eating a lot since lately
just piece of chicken this morning, then after work thai food dish in bar (chicken with some sort of thai pasta and a lot of rich sauce)
then dinner rice with steak and sweet chilli sauce
