You do direct front delt work Mes? I have always felt they got hit indirectly enough through military press and from all the incline pressing I do. Shoulders have always been a standout bodypart but wonder if I am short changing myself by not doing front raises? i think overdeveloped front delts create a bunched up look to your shoulder girdle too
yup i train shoulders military presses dumbell presses dide laterals...my delts are round front is huge side also....
ive cut back on front raises ... eg if its barbell chest week if i do bench i wont do front raises on shoulder day..
i dont work rear deltsat all i do not want that kamali, to some extent jay square delt look..i like my muscles round.
Id say do front raises every other week., is what i do
