The first video was ions ago and the second video is recent. Brandon is actually small (for an ifbb pro) I was surprised when I saw him in person but when he did the front double bicep, it was unreal, arms are insane and his bone structure is virtually identical to the late Sergio Oliva.

my bicep is too long - no peak. and i trained so damn heavy that i think i built the connective tissue in the armpits and elbows so i never had that differential to make the arm size appear bigger.

I think the peak is very genetic dependent...
