This guy:



asked the UK for political assylum because he had proof the Federal Security Service of Russia (of which he was a former agent) was behind the 1999 bombings in Russia that were blamed on Chechen rebels, as a pretext to attack them.

he assumed he wouldn't make it, and recorded a video warning people he would be killed.
