i am a member in a big social and sports club called "the shooting club".. it has 3 branches in cairo.. yesterday we went to the smallest branch to train in its gym because i was at nasser's home and it's very close to him.. very small gym with few free weights but was ok to do a quick workout..

Nasser must have been saving up the pennies from his 3 jobs to be able to afford the trip out to egypt

his place in cairo looks very nice

did you meet Nasser's parents too?

The gym at the main shooting club is actually lots of fun to train at. I'm a member there but only trained there twice! Gezira too... they have that 400 lbs tricep cable pull down machine

But Normally I was at Golds - saw Big Nasser there once!

sure man.. my family and i had lunch with all of them last week.. yesterday i went to nasser alone because we wanted to train but sure i saw his parents again..

ya his place is nice and expensive,.. i remember his father told me before it was bought by nasser as a present to his loving parents.. and as you know they dont live in egypt,.. it's just for them to stay when they visit egypt every 2-3 years or so..

and some assholes here really believe nasser doesnt have money..

i believe he has money...

acquired by smuggling egypt's cultural heritage out of the country. please ask nasser to pm me with the items he has for sale- i am always in the market for antiques.

they are upgrading the gym of the main branch now.. check it when you come..

i trained at golds before and sure it was great but i like more the atmosphere of the old hardcore gym

.. you wont believe me when saying i hate the fact that they are upgrading it now
