ofc alc wont make anyone lose muscle, somethings weird about it too, its said to not be very good for dieting, stops fatloss, but i dont know, the heavy stuff like whiskey and tequilla and vodka, makes ones appetite go entirely the hell, and lose weight in a wild weekend, as long one dont go binge eating afterwards.

the day after is terrrible, and my tit glands are itchy, but alc cant be that bad :D

100% true... i always used to panic back in my "bulking" ::) days... i'd be drunk at 4 am, realize i hadn't eaten anything in the last 10 hours, and run to the fridge and whip up a shake. :D

no idea.
but im prone to gyno,and theres still some gland tissue left, they itch after heavy drinking.

use some cabbage leaves on them
