i do not agree on that.
yeah why is that?
always wondered.
the reason is, do partial reps and lazy training with a boatload of drugs, then your legs will mainly grow "unathletic" in the ass and inner area
do very hard leg workout with heavy weigt and full reps, then the actuall working part of the leg the quadrizeps will grow big
you answer what type of training todays bodybuilders are all about LOL
watch those btfo videos, do they even work legs anymore? phil heath going heavy on squats means 400 pouns for half reps, thats the weight for a 180lbs "classic" bodybuilder
don t belive me , compare the shape of the legs of a olympic weightlifter to the shape of todays bodybuilders
this is also the reason why you can call people, bashing yates or even arnold for "small legs " compared to for example heath , COPLETE IDIOTS
yates did not have good seperation in the quads, but size was perfect, proportions were perfect
btw
reliing on too much on drugs instead of training creates those fugly bodys we see today
if you take so much drugs that everything grows in some way, not directly deending on how hard you train, then the bodybuilder is robbed his sculping tools
for example, bb has relatively narrow shoulders but tends to have a blocky midsection
in the old days the guy would work his shoulders hard so they grow more than his midsection (and the midsection not that hard to tay small) to give the llusion of mor v-taper
therefore he would take enog drugs to grow his shoulders, stimulated by the hard training , but not so much that his midsection grows extraordinary big, even without much ab-work for example
todays bodybuilder will inject tons of seo in his shoulder and pump them with this fst 7 shit or something , all light weight LOL
because he s on so much drugs that the attempt to "sculp" his different bodyparts into proportion won t work, becuase the massive drug abuse will grow everything out of proportion
i hope anyone gets what i mean
