Do you train the MMA fighters out of this location or is that 2 separate businesses?

Coach, looks nice.

What are your thoughts on "the stick"?  I couldn't get at certain areas with a foam roller, and I bought one of these yesterday.
Holy shit!!!  I have some mild bruising today on my hamstrings and vastus medialis where I found some hot spots for myofascial release.

We use them quite a bit, have three for different areas. We do a ton of soft tissue work at the end of sessions and/or off-days.

It's your mom's. She forgot it last night after I "trained" her. As you can see, she forgot her Ben Wa balls as well. I was quite surprised when she pulled them out of her ass to show me.

I was at an expo yesterday for endurance sports and the stick had a nice informational booth.  They told me I needed the strongest one, so I got one for me, and one for my brother.  I rolled out my vastus medialis (been having some pain there while squatting, into the groin area), and today I have some nice nickel to quarter size bruises.

I was never able to get to these places with the foam roller.  Further, the stick is better on the hamstrings, I feel.
