Psuedo is great for decongestion, but doesn't work nearly as well as ephedrine for fat loss or energy.

Take Psuedo if you're congested.
Take Ephedrine if you want fat loss/energy.

Actually this is a true story;

I was meeting a friend for a wortkout and told him on the phone to stop by the store to grab ephedrine then he shows up with this psuedo e BS and I was like ''what is this'' nevertheless I tried them. Took 5 pills and 10 minutes later NOTHING so I took 5 more and still NADA so down 20 more and still had a crappy workout, they did nothing 30 damn pills

Pseudo ephedrine is half as strong as a stimulant to me as ephedrine. You cannot take it every day because it upsets your stomatch. Rumour has it it has no termogenic effect, not sure how is that possible.

It's up to an individual, some people are totally insentitive to stimulants. My friend is totally insensitive to coffeine, I wanted to try what legit ephedrine can do to him. I gave him 30mg, nothing. After a while I gave him two more tablets, now 90mg total. Still nothing.

After 30mg I urinate like crazy and feel high, 60mg was mad high dose for me

Pseudo ephedrine is 100% legal in Poland, you can buy it in every pharmacy without prescription. Ephedrine became prescribed drug something like 6 years ago.

Now it's virtually impossible to get ephedrine on black market in Poland for whatever reason. Same goes for HCG recently. Everything else is available and cheap, that's, really weird.

IIRC, the pseudo does kill appetite a bit but I've only ever taken it when I was sick. It's a great nasal decongestant but it stays in my medicine cupboard only for times when I'm sick. I can't see any performance value from it. I drag ass when I'm sick.
