"Legal Steroids"
« on: December 13, 2005, 03:03:17 AM »
Here is my problem.
Ive been having a hard time finding anyone to fill my order(Winstrol/Clen)
My question is - Is any of this "Legal " stuff any good?
My main focus is to cut bodyfat.
Ive tried all the Ripped fuels, Xenadrines, all that stuff with what I call minimal success.
Also Im not trying to spend $80 on some shit called Winni-v If its not worth anything.

These "legal steroids", usually shown in muscle magazines with an out-of focus photo of the bottle and a name that sounds like a common AAS but is actually spelt wrong are all BS.

Don't waste your cash.

atkins is where u put ur body in ketosis to help burn fat, i personally have tried the keto diet and i personally hate it, too much muscle lost and u feel like shit, but i have heard people liking it though. do u do cardio? that could be the last step to get below 11%. good luck bro!

Amen... Don't waste your money on this bullshit.  These hucksters misspell one letter in an AAS substance, spend 50 grand on a full page ad in some muscle rag and instead of research use the term "anecdotal evidence" to validate the product.  What is really sad is that these same ads appear month after month and some fools must be buying it.  Well like Gordon Gekko said in  the movie "Wall Street": "a fool and his money are lucky to get together in the first place" ;)
the price is great... so is the reward

Atkins and Opus?

Dan Duchaine in Opus basically used a model ketogenic diet as part of a bodybuilding diet.  Basically his theory is you carb deplete and rely on proteins and fats until you hit ketosis, therein you change your workout as well, mainly doing burnouts instead of musclebuilding and once you have depleted fat as much as possible you supercompensate with simple sugars and the muscle will grow with all the excess glycogen.  It's a basic depletion/supercompensation diet.  It's probably most beneficial to bodybuilders......not the recreational lifter or powerlifter.

like Gordon Gekko said in  the movie "Wall Street": "a fool and his money are lucky to get together in the first place" ;)

Greed is good.

Testosterone is better.
