well she wanted to compete with the women gravitating around jay in the "bodybuilding/fitness industry". But she never had the genetics. She was so in love with him, so scared to lose him, she did the boob job, prolly some lipposucions, but he distanced from her nonetheless, even after everything she did for him cause she wasnt on the level facialy speaking with other whores. Once he was settled money wise and didnt need her to support his lifestyle anymore, he decided to go for "the best he could get -now-" and dumped her because she wasnt good enough for him anymore.
For a smart woman, she was pretty dumb to date a steroid abuser in the first place, so no surprise. She wins in the end as years from now he ll be broke and unable to pump shit in his burned body anymore, while she ll still be healthy and stable financially.

Well she prolly did it all , lipo, boob job, steroids to lose weight quicker, BUT a rhinoplasty (nose job). Unfortunately that's probably what she should have done first.
