When looking at his current photos it seems like his genetics is so stacked against him. His legs almost look deformed in a reverse bowlegged setup where the knees knock inward. Yet when you look at these pictures of a younger Christopher it looked like he would have a normal body. What's going on here? Is this irreversible skeletal deformation?   |

Arnold had small joints and a short torso which is perfect to create the bodybuilding illusion. Steroids can't give you that. And he just liked bigger boned women and so most of his kids including his girls are big boned. Patrick is the only one that inherited his small joints. Joseph also has bigger bones and could never look like Arnold even with all the drugs in the world and hard training. He would be bigger than Arnold but not as elegant. |

what sport did arnold compete in at a high level before bbing? i'd say phil heath and ronnie coleman have better genetics.  arnold happen to be in the right place at the right time, and won the hollywood jackpot for action stars, but that has nothing to do with genetics. he was also a HORRIBLE governor. |

He played soccer. I don't care if Phil or Ronnie were better athletes. I am talking about the end result for looking impressive as a bodybuilder. When Arnold did a front double biceps his lats have a curved cobra head appearance and taper down so low. Structurally neither Phil or Ronnie could match this aesthetic. We are not talking mass here. Aesthetics. Compare a Ronnie or Phil at the same weight as Arnold and he would wipe the floor with them.   |
