today i did a moderate chest session not heavy
what i did was
bench press
3 warm up sets with 135 - 20 reps
my working sets were
135 - 5 reps partner puts a plate on straight away 225 - 5 reps, partner puts a plate on straight away 315 - 5 reps
did that on all excersises
this method has given me good gains and gives a deep pump
and is hard as hell
tomorrow Ill do this with legs too
