The water bottle guy or girl:
These guys or girls usually carry a small water bottle and a hand towel, the hit the gym floor and look intimidated as fuck, most of the time they just wander around and take small sips from the water bottle before leaving the free weight area to do 10 min on the stepper.

The I have no sports cloth guy:
They usually wear some old shorts (not gym shorts) and some fucked up trainers.

I love it when these guys or girls get so freaked out walking around the free weight area that they jump on the first available machine without having a fucking idea how to use it properly... WOOOOOOOOOOOOSH the weight goes up because somebody forgot to put the pin back in the stack of weights hahaahhaha

I enjoy watching the free weight area clear out around me while training.   The free weight area I'm in always clears out because others immediately recognize that I'm the alpha; plus, when I begin curling more weight than they just chest pressed for a PR they get upset.   

Oh the poor, poor life of the super beta.

any crossfitter working out in the equipment area pisses me off. The gold's i go to has 2, and mean 2!!!, special areas for them to "workout" and some of them just HAVE to workout with the people doing real training and blocking the walkways.

I don't get sizing people up at the gym its like a public washroom or some shit. Half the room sizes up others out of insecurity, and the rest are all eye fucking whatever chick is the most stimulating position.

I don't get sizing people up at the gym its like a public washroom or some shit. Half the room sizes up others out of insecurity, and the rest are all eye fucking whatever chick is the most stimulating position.   

Some guys want to be notice. They wear string t-tops, and or loud colors. Then the drop weights and grunt like they are getting fucked by a mandingo sized dick.
