u mean 200grams from animal sources or 200grams total (like your animal sources + the protein in rice etc)

when you are 'ON' I don't think that diet matters that much.

Normally muscle stores 3 grams of water per gram of carbohydrate as glycogen....this is enhanced on steroids. On stuff like enanthate you'll smooth out if you eat too many carbs its not that you'll get fat...that'll depend on how carb sensitive you personally are.

I do better low carbing on or off juice.....much better on.

yeah because i've been eating tons of carbs over the years without problems

but like you said

now it can actually be advised to eat less carbs

guess i could just eat very little carbs during the day so i can have a decent meal in the evening (decent meals always have a lot of carbs)

Truth is the more carbs you can get away with the better for overall growth. Might get sloppy though....just play around with it. But still at least 200 grams of protein...
