thanks friendi probably gotta eat less carbs and more protein thoi find it hard to eat a lot of protein because it seems obscene and wastefulu mean 200grams from animal sources or 200grams total (like your animal sources + the protein in rice etc)
but if you eat too much carbs you can get fatwhich is bad

yeah because i've been eating tons of carbs over the years without problemsbut like you said now it can actually be advised to eat less carbsguess i could just eat very little carbs during the day so i can have a decent meal in the evening (decent meals always have a lot of carbs)
