Good for Big Ben. I said to watch out for him. And Darrem Charles got 9th, that is good for someone who has been competing as a Pro since the early to mid 90s.

Ben brought it big time, he has flaws but his strong points are insane, mainly his quad sweep combined with his wide shoulders, he needs to control the stomach though and bring up his back a bit more, he is still young too. |

Is it all oil in Ben's bis and tris I do not think so cause his arms look smaller then any other muscle group of his and they have never noticeably jumped in size from show to show, in fact everything else has grown except his arms, I was there at his first bodybuilding show ever and his arms have probably only gained an inch and half since his very first show |

Im going to have to agree on the bis..but not tris. OTH....LOOK AT HOW DRY AND LEAN HE IS...then look at this fdb...see how its washed out..its a dead giveaway....its swollen and puffy from damage......defenition is lost.... |
