Tony Curtis was born Bernard Schwartz though
Parents were Helen Klein and Emanuel Schwartz, Jewish immigrants from Hungary
The three blondes came from three different countries, guess which?

It's hard to say, as they all look like non-specific attractive White women to me, but if I had to guess based on the eyes of the first and last women, I'd say Germany and France, and England for the middle woman [based on her hairstyle].
I feel like German eyes are identifiable, although it's hard to say. I don't think much is identifiable about that middle woman, but that hairstyle was popular in England at the time. Since I can't trace her, I'd go with North America or England [the USA is more likely than Canada, but I've seen many BBC docs with footage from the 1960's, and that hairstyle was common].
One thing I've noticed about French women being in Canada is that their eyes tend to be spaced apart a little more than they are for the average White person. So to me, that last woman looks French. Although it's hard to say...if you didn't ask and make me think about it, I would have assumed they are just three California blondes. If you really pressed me, I'd go with my above guesses.
