The flax I'd u google a uni study in Ontario discovered flax seeds compared to vit e n many other supposedly good anti cancer vitamins. Also if u do some.research on iodine like lugols . Ull see it plays a big part in all cancers. Everyone has low thyroid pretty much the blood test arnt correct measurements they are set to high. We require over here 150 mcg as healthily. Mean while Japanese eat iodine at 135000 mcg on average daily. And Japan is the country with lowest incidence of obesity. Cancer and all diseases.. and the big difference is iodine.

All of our thyroid r at complete shit n we know it. Look how many people have bad thyroid n that's on a bad blood measurement scale that is trying to be fixed from .5 to 5 as normal tag to .3 to 3 maximum 3 being ugh n not that good. Also all u fucker who can't gain or lose weight even on steroids. Fix ur thyroid. Iodine docs slow or fast thyroid. Hypo n hyper.
