It's all good bro. I started training when I was a teen and never trained legs, ever! Then I competed and got totally burnt out with bodybuilding and took like 5 years off! Didn't even step foot in a gym. Got back into it only about a year ago, but 8 months of that time was spent in the middle of the ocean with only a smith machine. Have you ever tried to squat while going 30 knots in the Mediterranean ocean? Lol. After I got back, legs became my number one priority. I really train them hard, but my upper body just totally overshadows. I think my quads are looking decent though, no? I have a huge ass too lmao!
