My sister for example is pretty messed up, made a lot of bad choices growing up and ended up having a few kids with different guys etc....got into drugs and even danced for a while (Go Sis!).........guess what she's ended up doing for a living - she's now a personal trainer who hangs around with BB's all day lol.

Severely depressing to me when I heard this because I saw how true this was for so many people.

I try not to over analyze and just realize I've been doing this for 6 years and I love to lift and train hard but my identity isn't limited to just my physical body and looking a certain way. plus, you can't deny the lure of the posing thong.

Narcissistic physical obsession for some, not a sport more individual physical activity,just look who else than bodybuilders

Maybe it's growing up in a small town, but I never realized how fucked the sport is until I met some heavy juicers in real life(in the last 3 months).
