I never had a car or bike licence at the time, neither of us had a car, and we needed to get somewhere....   you do what you've gotta do??

Move house! Revenge is a deadly path - If your neighbour makes you miserable, like seriously fucking miserable, it is best to move, I know it sucks, but once you settle into your next place, you will feel a lot better for doing something about your situation.  Neighbourly disputes can get way out of hand, I have been there, trust me, I eventually moved and currently live in a good neighbourhood with decent neighbours, it honestly makes the world of difference if you are happy with where you live and the people that surround you.

Solid advice, my neighborhood sucks. It was nice but a lot of elderly folk died and a paki bought a lot of their houses and rents them out to filthy scumbags.had a lot of shit and even though its all over im left hating my house. Moving in a month or two and cant wait to enjoy coming home again.

Pay attention.

Odd how these - your main complaints, suddenly - weren't mentioned at all in the first post.

this freak is all over me in terms of harassment type behavior - and creepy POOF vibes.

I should say I have this fucker on video doing creepy things on my property

And you still won't tell us the Big Secret about how exactly he owes you money, but whatever.

If you have a bona fide complaint then take it to the police or a lawyer.  Private revenge will only inflame the quarrel and paint you as the bad guy.

As I said in first post "He has cost me a lot of money for reasons I will not go into. "

Not money loaned - more financial damage thru behaviour.  Police useless, lawyers - too expensive and therefore defeat the purpose.

Anyway guys - this piss receptacle is going to get the owning of a lifetime - of that there is NO DOUBT.   And it will be via legal channels.  I have several ownings in mind that will mentally and possibly financially cripple him.  I am just biding my time (again for reasons I will keep to myself lest I compromise my plan).

District court allows you to recoup court costs as well as a large percentage of lawyer $.  Claims over $50k are handled by District, I think.

All I can say is cook meth with someone more reliable next time.

Did you read that bit where it said "reasons I won't go into" - well suffice to say I do mind my own business, but this weirdo is in your face if you want it or not, capiche?

And what seems clear to me, is that this hits a bit too close to home for YOU....
Did he ass raped you? Fucked you girl? whatever.... And reason that was wrong enough for you that justifies your revenge. You're bitch made for not handling it earlier like a man.
just let it go. It's too late and it is just pathetic.

LOL it's not revenge so much as I just want to recoup some losses he caused via crazy anti social behaviour.  I would have just beaten him to a pulp.... but that would put ME in jail....
