Bad shoulder, want winstrol, will deca help?
« on: March 08, 2013, 12:10:50 PM »
I will be running, most likely, 500 mgs prop and 400 mgs winstol a week for my summer cycle. I have a pretty bad shoulder injury and was just wondering what you guys think about adding a little deca into the mix for my joints. I am already pretty lean, but I want to get totally ripped for the summer. Trying to stay away from tren as I don't plan on getting on stage again and I know how harsh tren is on the body. Will also run about 50-75 mgs of proviron a day.

Good question mi love my deca but scared to do winstrol as far as injuries. Wonder if they cancel their bad sides out. Injury vs bloat

200 mgs of deca wont bloat you bro. I ran it for 3 months precontest a few years back and was ripped. Diet is the key though. The question i have is will 200 mgs aleviate the dryness of the joints caused by winstrol?

winstrol within a week screwed up and reopened a wound/injury that took me 5 months to somewhat heal. No.

Use anavar instead of winstrol, it will actually help your shoulder heal better. It helped me heal faster for sure. Anavar is king.

Deca will mask the pain and damage... not smart...

I would deal with the shoulder injury without drugs...not what you wanna hear but it'll be the best thing for you in the long run. What have you done to treat it so far?

So anavar over winstrol? I have never used var before. Will it yield similar results? Maybe i will run prop for 12 weeks, var for the first 6, and mast for the lsat 6? I always take proviron as it keeps my dick rock hard and my cumshots huge  :D My shoulder actually feels pretty good too right now, at about 75 percent. Thanks for the feedback brother.

8 weeks of var high dose, you'll thank me later.

i would give away the bottle of winny i have for free. Its the cause of me reopening the injury after months and months of rehab/healing/etc... introducing var  actually started to make my shoulder heal and get better... it was designed for post surgery, muscle wasting, skin diseases, and some other stuff.. so no wonder...

i remember reading winstrol increases collagen significantly BUT what it does is causes 'weak' bonds or something.. i forget the exact science of it... while anavar well in my experience (having used it twice) BOTH times healed my injuries.. i had this weird knee pain and used var for some time and it went away.. same with elbow pains ('tendonitis or tenis elbow')... and my wrost injury ever my pec/shoulder tear... did not train chest 5 months straight absolutely nothing not even pushups... my chest is so lacking.. finally got back into it... pushups.. then lots of pushups.. then light weights.. then moderate weights.. and yeah...

same here bro. i couldn't train chest period for months. and it is my best bodypart. i was so depressed. shoulder feels pretty good now and my chest is back up to speed. so 8 months high dose var for the summer bro? my diet is clean as fuck and my training is very intense. im trying to get super ripped man like 5 percent. var, prop, proviron, mast the final few weeks?

what you need to do is rehab the injured shoulder. most every steroid will aid with repairing it. but that wont happen unless your giving the injured are a good stretching, exercising, and massaging helps too.  rehab rehab rehab.  get a long stick and hold it at both ends with your arms and start with it resting against the front of your body and go up, over your head, and then back behind your head, and all the way down to the back of your body. go back and forth throughout this entire range of motion smoothly and for about 15 minutes every day. once a week do some cuban rotations with dumbells. keep your shoulder workout controlled, focus on a slow negative, dont go too heavy and when you go heavy keep some energy left in the tank.  itll take time but itll heal. the steroids will help aid the process.  once its healed dont stop with the rotator cuff work. its good for tons of stuff.

He is 100% right, shitty diet is far more conducive to bloat than any drug. I like to run 200-300mg of deca a week just for joint problems and it gives me no noticeable water retention whatsoever. If you do notice a slight water gain use ephedrine/clen. They both help a lot.

yo, but instead of risking deca dick, why not use slight dosage of test for the same purpose?

Test will always be in any cycle I run bro. So are you saying that test, because of the water retention it causes, will aleviate the joint pain? I'm not sure if it will because my first cycle ( after my very first 7 years ago pre-contest) was 500 mgs susatanon a week. I ran that for about 8 weeks with no reduction in shoulder pain. Then switched to prop at 500 mgs, npp at 300 mgs, mast at 300 mgs, drol at 100 mgs a day. I ran the drol for only the first 30 days, and I had zero pain. I was benching heavy and goiing all the way down to my chest. As soon as i dropped the drol, I lost about 15 lbs of water and shoulder went back to shit. Currently running 800 mgs of a test blend of E, C, and P and shoulder is not feeling great. However, my diet is clean and I have no bloat. Maybe I should just get surgery, but I don't want to be out for months and not be able to train.

I recently dropped nandronlone and upped my test dose and an underlying shoulder problem came back to bite me in the ass. Can't really compare the joint lubricating effects that deca will provide. But seriously zeropatience get that problem taken care of .....don't just mask it with drugs.

Cut back on the pressing movements, do your rotator cuff exercises, go to physiotherapy, ice it....that's what I did and now my shoulder is back to 100%.

That is a great suggestion, as you can control the bloat from test much easier than deca, and ur wiener will like it much more

I have been on small dose of deca, tren and winstrol and my shoulder injury didn't got any better. On chest or shoulder day i had to take a shot of voltaren (diclofenac).
Best thing is some rest and mild workouts. Avoid the exercises that hurt. Winstrol or proviron only worsen the problem that's for sure.

Best advice right here.  Instead of spending the money on gear, take it and go see an ART specialist.  Otherwise you might be risking a strain becoming a small tear and a small tear becoming a large tear and a large tear detaching from the bone.

Presently on Winny with Test. If prior injuries/pain present, winny is not the best choice. The winny takes up the pain to the next level. If one has a certain threshold for enduring pain, winny can definitely take that up a noche or two -- especially the first few weeks.

Anyways if you're are stuck on doing Winny - throw in Glucosamine/choindrotin/msm @3-5g daily.

No offense, but you need to put the needle down and pick up a fork! Eat and rehab your shoulder bottom line.

I'd also like to why anavar would be superior to something like nandrolone or boldenone since they both increase collagen to a greater extent. I'm sure it's a lot more complex than just increasing collagen...curious as well.

Var will strengthen ligaments and tendons while winstrol will not, also Var takes the muscle and makes it harder and may get rid of water between the muscle and the skin while winstrol will take water from everywhere and that is when your joints dry up big time.

Tren strengthens ligaments and tendons as well however it also draws water from everywhere so your joints might dry up as well.

I would not say var is superior to nandrolone for joints, I think what Ahmed meant is that deca will make you feel comfortable while lifting possibly cause you to lift recklessly and can lead to further damage, like taking Tylenol for pain and then camouflaging the pain.

I still think nandrolone would help as well though, I was referring to taking var in replacement as good advice to Ahmed's post. As for not taking nandrolone, If he wants he could, but what the OP's original objective is/was is to find something to replace winstrol with and Var is by far the best option.
