yeah after reading the WIKI, i'm not sure i could stomach the scenes lol. I guess there's always a market for SHOCK value... and i bet this movie delivers.

Serbian Film, Martyrs, Human Centipede 2, etc all came out in last few years when I kinda stopped watching horror films, cuz of all the Scream sequels and bullshit that was out. 10-15 years ago, I remember being shocked by films like Nekromantik, Schramm, Dead Alive, etc. But these new ones are much more mean spirited and graphic IMO.

I'd say raping a new born baby is about as "mean spirited" as one could get.

I actually didn't believe that was in the movie. I'm trying to understand the art of this movie.

Human Centipede was pure garbage, not shocking but laughable at best....

But props for the funny idea.

Serbian Film was a great movie but also not very disturbing to me, didn't take that film serious for one second.

Martyrs kinda disturbed me pretty bad though, Idk why but that flick beat the shit outta me. $:-\$

The movie itself is actually really well done. The soundtrack is perfect and creepy too. It's not garbage like human centipede. I simply turned off the new born part as I had read the wiki first as well.

One movie that bothered, not for gore but just the down and out druggie thing was Requiem of a Dream. Especially the scenes with the whores. Just made me feel gross about mankind.

The movie "Blindness" is not really gorey or anything but it has one gang rape scene thats just downright depressing as shit and disturbing!

It's not a big deal, it you can handle some of the Italian or Japanese gore films, it's a cake walk. It's not a great film, it's more like a horror version of the "Aristocrats", where they sandwich every nasty little bit of gore or perversion in there to get a reaction from the viewer.

Skipped through it. Kind of stupid. They try too hard and it comes off as very B-movieish like the black lagoon and shit like that.
