Does an Air Marshall ever get off the plane and hop on another plane when an ifbb bodybuilder boards the same plane with them?

If they do leave the plane is it because they know the plane is safe in the air and nobody will he out of hand with that mountain of muscles in first class?? Or leaves the plane knowing he is incapable of taking control of a mountain of muscle in the air if he decides to start some shit
