Pre-Workouts vs Energy Drink
« on: March 11, 2013, 11:57:39 AM »
Pre-Workout mix tub (30 servings) $30 = $1 a serving

Monster/Rockstar/etc. 1 can (1 serving) = $2.50 a can

I'm not a big drinker of either but since I'm getting burned out on coffee which would be the better wake up potion?

Buy the pre workout mix. Because it's made by a scientific company called something like TechLabs you will have the placebo effect of beleiving it was a product designed to help you train, not just to make money.
