A married university athletics coach who arranged to hook up with a young teen for sex was arrested in a police sting, authorities said. Brian Jansen, 44, was busted after the 14-year-old girl he thought he had been talking to online turned out to be an undercover female police officer, according to police. Jansen, a teacher at Bethune-Cookman University in Daytona Beach, Fla.,, arrived at what he thought was the girl's home in his Dodge minivan on Thursday. With cops descending on him, he reportedly said, "I knew it, I knew it. My life is over. I made a stupid decision." He later told police that he would have been "unable to go through with the sex" if a girl had actually opened the door to him. Daytona Beach News Journal reports that Jansen, of Holly Hill, discussed sexual positions with the girl and asked if she wanted to be with an older man. He also said he was only 38 in their online chats. Jansen, who has been suspended without pay from his job, has also been charged with using a computer to seduce a child. He posted $30,000 bail on Friday.
