"Conway-Allen's nude body was found at a Fairfield park the morning of Feb. 1. The Suisun City girl had been reported missing the day before.

Fairfield police arrested Anthony Lemar Jones, 32, a week later.

In addition to the murder charges, the Solano County District Attorney's Office says Jones faces special circumstances of murder in the commission of kidnapping, murder in the commission of rape, and murder in the commission of a lewd or lascivious act upon a minor under age 14.  Those special circumstances mean Jones could face the death penalty."

Very strange.  I have heard not a single word about this story until now.  Normally a missing 13-14 year old found raped and murder is pretty big news.

blacks commit 9 times more rapes and 14 times more murders than Whites according to FBI

I watched Politics Nation with the Rev. Al Sharpton last night, as I said I would.  For some reason he didn't cover the story.  How odd.  It must be an accidental oversight on their part.  I'll be tuning in tonight.  I'm sure they will cover it, and I'll report back with nore details.
