You know, it IS funny because since I weigh 160 lbs now, even though under clothes I am ripped to the bone, guys do stare me down haha (this pic is a month or so old when I was beefier .. 175 lbs  ;D )

Hahaha yes at 160 pounds, you wouldn't get to track 2 on your favourite CD  ;D

my gym is full of polish monsters that stink and juice heads

the music is hardcore dance or metal

it rocks

On the plus side bro, you could observe work eithic before you hire one of the poles to paint your house

In my gym there is loud music only at the free weights area...and TV's at the machines and cardio area. Anyway my solution is taking an earphones and listen to the music I like instad.
They did tell me that! ... I answered: are you fucking kidding? how about you tone it down, and WHO wants loud should bring earphones. A more intelligent alternative.

The funniest part is that their main competitor offered to pay me to tell them how to improve their gym and help them with hiring staff  :D

Ironic huh? I should tell this to the "manager" who is quite thick and stubborn. However, my suggestions or "complaints" would attract more members and please everyone. Oh well ..

My best friend, in the pic above, is a former professional K1 fighter. He was a fat 230 lbs at 6'1 when I brought him to this gym a month ago. So the manager suggests him the local contest with some other member, whomever loses more weight, the difference will get 1 month free for every lbs or close to that. So he says OK!

I guess the retard did not realize that this guy was ripped and muscular a few months ago. After 1 month, my friend is 35 lbs lighter and the manager keeps dodging him with the offer claiming there is noone to pair him with  ;D

My buddy got pissed so I have to convince him to let it go  ;D .. people who know him do not fuck around with him.

He will be ripped at 185 lbs in 8 weeks and these guys will be dumbfounded.

to own the guy who has a 30 ft poster on the outside of the gym besides the numerous pics inside because he insulted my intelligence with the "a little winstrol 3 months ago" reply after he told me"Ok..I will tell you exactly what I am on" (he asked for my advice on getting competition ripped and I asked for his current dosage to get an idea about his tolerance..he is on 1.5 grams a week at least).

I am not a primadonna but some things they do need to fix.

sev, if the guy is well known around town than you can't expect him to be honest with everyone regarding his use. People talk...judge..

I can see where he's coming from.

QUIT.... immigrate to Canada, drive to Vancouver and come here to the YMCA- it's a real bodybuilding gym, period 100% old-school.

quiet so

"In mathematics, a multiplicative inverse or reciprocal for a number x, denoted by 1/x or x−1, is a number which when multiplied by x yields the multiplicative identity, 1. The multiplicative inverse of a fraction a/b is b/a. For the multiplicative inverse of a real number, divide 1 by the number. For example, the reciprocal of 5 is one fifth (1/5 or 0.2), and the reciprocal of 0.25 is 1 divided by 0.25, or 4. The reciprocal function, the function f(x) that maps x to 1/x, is one of the simplest examples of a function which is self-inverse."
