I empathize with you statement bro, but to be fair, there is some artistic value to be appreciated with some of the lyrical abilities and imagery/storytelling that's found in some underground/non-commercial, non "pop-rap." Just like there's different flavors of rock, the hiphop spectrum varies greatly.

In other words, it's not all garbage, just most of it. There's a few diamonds in the rough though. Certainly not n most mainstream airways though.

Like most people, you have probably only been exposed to typical shitty radio rap. It's like if you were a kid and heard Nickleback on the radio and said "this is rock? Rock is fkn gay!" Guarantee if you and I sat down in a room alone for an hour (that sounds awfully gay) I could introduce you to some music that would change your perception.
