He actually looks MUCH better this offseason than he did last year after his first olympia. He looked like a bloated baffoon last year

massive,,looks good for offseason look,got abs ..still whether agreed or not still  not size wise impressive as a mro guestposing with same impact as coleman or cutler ,,they were just too big and or wide..phil looks insane inshape...

Thing is if you compare with that overgay Kai video; both off-season, Kai has much more density. Heath off-season really comes off as a blow up doll. Looks like he's filled with porridge.

DOesn't matter - Jay is "ALL IN" for the 2013 Olympia, even signed a contract.

Kai and Phil are obviously competing for 2nd place.  Jay will be doing a guest pose soon, and we will see how huge and ripped he is now.
