some wood peckers have been coring out holes in my parents house wooden siding. im wondering if its a sign for them to go vegetarian, my dad i looking old but hes ripped to shreds and probably doesnt respect my knowledge because hes much leaner than me even though my dad looks old
i tell them its a sign from nature they need to follow my path 
serisouly i dont know what they are gonna do about the damn wood pecker putting holes in the siding some up to the freaking drywall
If you put some mild dish soap around the area, he or she should go away. Or you could hang some aluminum foil right near it. Get one of those little pie tins that the sell cheap at the grocery store and hang it.
They are beautiful animals and are a sign of a healthy ecosystem in the area. Your parents must have a nice wooded area as this is a good sign that everything is healthy.
