Im not entirly sure if you are trying to troll here but that is pretty much perfect form and her arse is on the bench, and in regards to powerlifting, its 10mill time more of an actual sport than Bodybuilding.
Shoulders are perfectly tucked in great grip (maybe a little wide but thats her preference) good arch, if her ass wouldn't be on the bench she wouldn't walk away from that lift.

No trolling, her arse isn't actually on the bench, she has such an exaggerated arch that her buttocks position is almost identical to as if she was sitting in a seat with only a very small portion of her actual buttocks touching the bench. Power lifting should stipulate how much of the buttocks should be touching the bench, because her whole arse is definitely not in contact with that bench.  And she only gets away with it because she is so short, if she grows taller and tries this, it just won't work.  Either way she is heading for back issues, the intervertebral discs can experience excessive compression when forced into this position.
