Gay, they would stay inside performing deep-tissue massage all the time, nothing to worry about since i would never see them.

They wouldn't paint graffiti on my house, steal my car, rape all women in the neighbourhood, assault people, rob people, and the only break and entering they would do would be on their anal cavity etc

What the society should do is to build a community surrounding a Watermelon-farm, then they would all congregate there and we would not have to see them around.

Hispanics -  40 people always at their house.  Always fixing their cars in the drive way while loud mexican music plays.  BBQs in the backyard with 40 cholos every weekend.

Blacks - loud talkers, always talking loud, always playing their TV and music loud, just being fucking loud.
