most of todays bodybuilders look so perfect  is due to site injections.when they have to stop for some reason this is the result.

Site injections with what? I've read site injections don't work except by increasing inflammation in the area. Otherwise, I'd have massive quads!

I doubt he would post these pics himself if he was looking like crap.

Now, compared to what he looks like at stage, he's much smaller, so my guess he probably went totally clean. But what is the point in speculating?

its fun reading  guys  trying to convince themselves ruhl looks good,lol, he looks like shit! But if you have seen his videos, one of them has clips from his 95 german chamipionship win...in that clip he looked great.
He should have stayed at that weight an tried to improve details (such as triceps..altho i know he trains triceps hard and its just a genetic weakness). Ruhl is a nice guy, but doesnt look good in that pic.

Ruhl along with many other 'bodybuilders' that compete these days look like junk....junk junk junk. Have you seen the mans stomach in contest form? It still is huge and seems to be bursting out to the point of where he might have a small child in there. He doesnt look good and he will never win any contests, period.
