Because of his comments I decided to try it. And since Im looking to become all around fit (especially after my legs focking heal) I thought I would give it a look, and I liked the exercises. Never done stuff like this before.

Never done any "core work" either. But Core strenght can be beneficial to prevent injuries etc that's for sure. So Im looking forward to continuing this.

Need to find a solid yoga/stretch routine to do in the morning also.

Its a good program.   You cover all sorts of shit you would never do on your own in the gym in a short period, but its hard as hell.

Makes you more well rounded as an athlete.

This is really the guy who created this - GSP is just the face of it

"Erik Owings has been my friend for over five years. He is the mastermind behind the GSP Rushfit DVD system, which we did together last year. Besides the great success of that project, he is also a highly valued training partner. His skill as a fighter and instructor is top notch. If you are in New York City, you should stop by Mushin Mixed Martial Arts for a unique training experience. Erik is an encyclopedia of knowledge who can only make your technique and fitness improve. I make it a point to train with him whenever I'm in New York City."

That's not the only thing Georges can do to me...

He can keep a fight with me on the ground for as long as he wants, I have no problems with him lying on top of me for 5 rounds.
