Both the parents were half black and half white.

When the twins were born, one inherited all the black genes of the family and one inherited all the white genes

We watched a video in a psych class in college about a white dude born to black parents. One of those recessive traits that pops up. He went by John Gray in the movie.

Dude was straight up white with grayish dark hair. He came out as a racist on what was supposed to be a talk show, then once everyone was hating, he pulled it out. It was a setup by the fake TV program/talk show. He then showed pics of him with his folks, birth certificates, etc. It was a rare case like one of these, where a recessive trait just happened to pop up. I'll try and google it and see if I can dig it up, it was really interesting.
