Those asians got huge calves. I don't know why but I've seen plenty skinny asian dudes with amazing calves. GENES!

Yeah dj the classic bodybuilding has weight limits for height as it tries to be more proportionate. I was measured with shoes so I probably measured at 180cm or a little under and I'm supposed to weigh no more than 82 k...so I was told.

I'm better at lbs and inches...dude at the gym is helping me with that.

A genetic trait of Asians, you will never see a Asian with small calves and I bet most never work them either maybe the rice fields walking in moist soil all day which puts more resistance on calves = Ancestory genes. I got a friend with huge calves he never done a calf raise in his life. I had to bust my ass to get mine acceptable to be onstage once I got them up not so difficult to maintain.

i got this crazy fear that i'll grow HUGE over night and that i'll and end up looking like some buttugly toady mass monster with no pretty lines and zero aesthetics with no turning back lol

and yeah, i really do have this fear ::)

after reading more on this protein intake guideline recommendations it looks like i'll try and get 200-225 grams per day

so now i'll have to eat lots more chicken, eggs, and cheese :-X :-X :-X

but i'm not shitting when i talk about this crazyass fear, as i really do have this fucked up fear

very similar to my fear that training legs will give me wide-ass child-bearing hips

and yeah, i expressed this to Mentzer on a phone consultation and he said "look at Sergio, you could fit his ass in a tea cup" and yes, Mentzer really said this to me ;D ;D ;D

i just made out a new diet with a 10 oz chicken breast twice a day and 4 eggs at another meal plus my typical cheese breakfast, and it's put me @ 225 grams of pro per day, and @ only 1900 cals 8) 8) 8)

Getting "too big" will not happen over night. But I understand what you're saying...recently started seeing guys I thought were HUGE before and realizing I wasn't too far away from that size. Made me think....jeez how much bigger do you really wanna get.

Bigger is not better but also don't let that prevent you from putting on some mass now before you get older and it becomes harder and harder.

btw B we should decide what pics to use for dis contest

i say... front relaxed, rear relaxed and side relaxed all with leg showing :P :P :P

those will be the pics used to determine leanness and who is the leanest, and then we can send other pics for assessment purposes to determine our strengths and weaknesses (basically for judging our proportions and which muscle groups are behind and need to be brought up and which ones are ahead and can just be maintained) these "extra pics" won't be used for the competition but just be used so that we (or mostly likely i) can hear which muscles you dudes think need more focus and which ones are rather ok

also i want to show how much my chest and arms have come up in this short time frame, if they indeed have done so ;)

i'll most likely send a close up bi shot, and close up calf shot :D :D :D, a close up thigh shot and a back double bi

Just use Protan or Clinique in the winter that's what I use and yes sun tanning will age you.

I've also heard of some new peptide ...I'm not sure if it comes in a pill or injection but it will give you a natural tan. Have you heard anything of the like?
