Take a digestive enzyme and probiotic with the first meal of your day.

Also, some of the cheap protein powders can lead to it because of their crappy protein sources.  I never had a problem whenever I used Beverly.

wine doesn't make me break wind... but sometimes i will drink 2 glasses then pig out on potato chips and other junk... that usually causes a bit of a stir up.
